What is your exchange policy?

If you don't love your Chrontainer, try out another one! There are many options to help fit your personal style and needs. Once you find your right fit, send us an email at info@chrontainer.com. Our exchange policy is up to 30 days after purchase.

 

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Our return policy is up to 30 days after purchase.

 

What is the process for a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five (5) business days.
